right now, processing time is 7-10 business days. i ship using USPS ground advantage mail, so your order should arrive in 3-4 business days according to their website.

packaging-

we do everything we can to minimize any waste- and with that you may see many different types of filler/protectant in shipping. i reuse packaging/filler paper/bubble wrap that i receive as well and will do everything i can do ensure the safety and wellbeing of your crystals. with that being said, once they have been handed off to USPS- any damages are out of my control.

i use lavender to cleanse your crystals energetically so they are ready to be used upon arrival, if you have any allergies/aversions please contact me via instagram DMs with your order number and request!

i'm a human and i do make mistakes sometimes. i will do everything i can do verify and ensure sustainability practices behind my crystals. if i can’t- i simply will not carry them.

because of this- you may see less inventory than you’d expect, but i truly care more about the ethics behind sourcing than i do about having an extensive inventory that may have come at the cost of people or this earth’s well being.

for safety reasons, i cannot give out information on who my suppliers are, but with that being said- i appreciate your willingness and trust in my knowledge and intuition when it comes to where my inventory is sourced and who I choose to use as suppliers.

we source typically from smaller family businesses and artisans around the world to provide an incredible collection of beautiful specimens and to help stimulate local economies for those who provide for us.
